what size are door speakers in a classic??

How big do you want to go? I've replaced mine with 6.5in (16.5cm) using Autoleads speaker adaptors for a Corsa. So it's up to you really.
If you're looking to go like for like, I'll see if I can dig out my originals and measure them up later?

I did my classics door speakers a few days ago,the originals are 6.5,i didnt want anything too flashy,i just wanted to replace them as the drivers side was blown,i picked up some cheap 6.5 FLI ones from halfords,a bit chavvy but you cant see em anyway,no matter which speakers you get,you will have to buy or make some spacers,the standard speakers are unusually shallow,so when it comes to fitting aftermarkets,the windows hit the top of them and wont go fully down.I made do with halfords corsa spacers as well.
