Police Interceptors............Its Back TONIGHT !!
A shameless plug i know, but here it goes
Well people, the second series is about to be unleashed on you all !!
Who knows, some of you may even be on it
This time it is a double dose. This series is on for 12 weeks instead of the previous series which was on for just 6, plus you get an extra serving.
The main program starts at 8pm next Friday 10th October for 1hr. When that is finished turn over to FIVER, where there is a new program, 'Police Interceptors Special Edition'
This is where we get to chat and be interviewed by Natalie Pinkham about our exploits from the first series.
Natalie Pinkham
Both series start TONIGHT as follows:
Hope you enjoy it !!

Good job that gang changing over the plates on the Audi got off scot free, oh and the guy with the knuckle duster and the balaclava, thank god he's still prowling about. Still surprised the girl on the phone got away with just points and a fine, surely some time in the clink would have been more appropriate.........

I don't like the commentary, but still interesting to see what the BIB get up to.
Out of interest, how much (if any) do the force get paid for having the camera crews filming them and who gets the money for it?

Met Tissy at the McRae gathering, really nice bloke. Sat in his 'work' car at Banbury and flicked around with all the switches and he didnt mind a bit
Then met him at warwick where we all stood around chatting at the front of the big C .
You could see his love for the car by the way he was cleaning it
I did notice that he had a reputation for dragging scumbags out of the car windows

Exactly my own feelings, although as Tissy will probably be along himself to advise most off the time its down to the cps why such things happen or fail to happen for that matter as we see on so many off theses type off programmes.
unfortunatly as has been said so many times before a lot off motorists only ever contact with the police is when they are stopped for speeding, mobile phone use etc and is thus as seen to be easy targets.
the guys do a great job, one which you can tell they enjoy !! its just a pity that after all there hard work more often than not the cps will throw out the case or hand out a laughable fine.
Tissy -if you can comment on any off the above then that would be great but do appreciatte if you have to watch what you say regards your own personal feelings on certain police matters ??!!
p.s tissy - do you own a scoob yourself ??

Dam I missed it will have to catch it later in the week always miss it.
Tissy really impressed with the work you boys do when chasing car thief’s etc but what do you look for when pulling a performance car/Scooby over for a std check
Only ask as I see yours has stickers etc on it

Thanks for your comments people, its appriciated .
Last night was the first time we got to see ourselves in the new series as we truly don't get to see them before they are aired.
Yes i do own a Scoob and have done for the past 3 years, also a proud memeber of the Essex Scooby Crew
As jono300 touched on so well, i can't comment on a lot of what we do for obvious reasons.
All i will say is that as a Police Officer, our jobs is that old cliche "to uphold the law", whatever the offence or how trivial it may seem to some.
The decision to prosecute and any subsequent penalty is out of our hands. As you may realise jurys are made up of "normal" people, so please realise that one day you may be in the responsible position of deciding someones court outcome.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the series and I KNOW there are some real nice SUBARU moments coming soon .
