If you are a speed freak, then you have to get an STi. You won't be satsfied by a WRX, especially the new one.

You can get a nice STi with PPP (the proper saloon version) for that money.

If I was buying now, I'd have a JDM instead of uk/euro spec.

So I'd check out the Spec C too

I would vouch for Terminator X's car being the one for you, JDM Spec C, I do believe he's the right side of the river too

Why would anyone want a brand new WRX They look awful & performance must be OK at best!

I wouldn't want one, and I think the Golf GTI, Focus ST etc. are better cars, but they cost around £20k for a 5 door and don't have 4WD. At under £14k then they start to look reasonable (if you have to have a new car.)
