Just a mention for them.

There seems to have been loads of threads recently about dodgy and unreliable sellers.

These are the total opposite, rang and ordered some new springs yesterday at lunch time, got them about an hour ago.

Fantastic service, cheers guys

I wonder why it is acceptable to give good feedback on a business's service/operations but we are discouraged/prevented from doing the opposite

 

You can have a grumble about bad service as long as you stick to the facts and don't resort to name calling etc...

Problem too often is that people's first reaction to bad service is to come on here and moan, before they've had a word with the garage. Quite often people then just rant about how crap the place is without offering any evidence and/or using insulting/disrespectful language.

Never used them for anything but I'd also like to stick in a similar mention for Scoobyparts.com who I have ordered loads of stuff off and never had any problems at all.
