Default Scott Lowe

Has anyone actually spoken to Scott Lowe recently or successfully ordered anything?

I’m having problems contacting him regarding a front splitter and have left many voicemails and emails.

The full story:

I ordered a front splitter via the website on the 23rd July as I was told they were getting some in stock early the next week.

I sent two emails to find out when it was going to be shipped with no replies.

I managed speak to him towards the end of August and was told that my order had been moved to the deleted file. I was promised that it would be sent out that weekend to get to me after the August bank holiday.

Still no sign of my splitter after the bank holiday.

I managed to get through a couple of weeks ago (Thursday 4/9) to be told he was just picking them up from the factory and would ship it out to me the next day to get it to me on the Monday (8/9).

It didn’t arrive Monday so I called again on the Tuesday (9/9) – he took my number and said he would call back once he had chased the courier.

It's now been another week and I still have no update. Whenever I phone the 0845 number it just rings with no answer and the mobile rings and then goes through to his voicemail. I’ve left numerous voicemail messages and also sent several emails but had no replies to either.

I was billed on the 4th September. If it doesn’t turn up in the next day or so I have no option other than to call my credit card company and seek a refund.

It was ordered nearly two months ago!!!! Is this typical or am I just unlucky?

I think I've been slightly lucky then, I waited 3 weeks for my splitter but I didnt think it was the norm to keep customers waiting so long!

I had to keep calling with no answer to but finally managed to get through a few times and sorted it out. I had to be a little harsh as I was thinking I'd been done, it was the first and will be the last time I order from there again after hearing whats happened to you guys.

Its not right

I have just spoken to Scott and he apologises for the back log of orders but he assures me that he is in the process of getting things back on track and hopes to have everything sorted within the week

Thanks Phil!

I've just had an email from Scott to apologise and he's promised it will be with me soon.

OMG, i have the same prob,

i did get a splitter, but when it turned up, the box was in a bad state, so i told the delivery guy, to wait while i opened it, and it was in a bad state ad in two parts, the delivery guy said take it up with the sender.

called scott there and then, he advised he would get another sent out, that was 6 weeks ago, sent emails and have spoke to him a few times to be told the same as you guys, still waiting on mine.

i wait in hope, if not ill go back thru my credit card company for a refund.
