Default apexi question

Ok so iv'e got a power fc, what should i be monitering and what are safe levels, and at what point should i be worried. its the only aspect of these cars i dont understand and proberbly the most important. and maybe the most difficult to get my head around iv'e got a type r with forged internals and running 320bhp.

On my car I use the 4 channel setting and monitor air temp, water temp, knock and boost pressure.

air temp anything above 50c and I would take it easy till it comes down.

water temp 100c and I would be worried.

knock threshold is set to 30 on my car but as standard it maybe 50, so if you see the check engine light flash 3 times back off.

boost should not really go much over what it has been mapped to.

I also get knock above 30 when accelerating in 4th / 5th from low speed is this normal ?

It does not show the afr, as it runs off the standard narrow band lambda. However it does show your peak injector duty.

banny sorry to be a pain! but thats dutch to me what should i be looking for with the peak injector duty
