whining like a bitch
my scooby 98 uk turbo,,, whines when u give it the beans, and the steering feels really tight, can anyone give a diagnosis?

Check your power steering fluid levels. If it hasnt enough in it'll whine like that, mine did. Mine was cured with a simple top up.
If it empty, you'll have to find the leak.
