Hi all

As per earlier post, i now have the first scoob in my life.

It is a 1998 R reg 2.0 WRX.

Just brought it back home and the brakes feel spongy and there are a few rattles here and there.

I am in Cannock, Staffs. Any ideas who i can take it to to be looked at professionally ?

You could try Chevron in Stafford mate. They work on rally cars and big bhp cars and they look after a lot of the ssc (staffs scooby crew) cars including rebuilds.
Lots of the ssc boys have good things to say about them. I personally do not have much experiene using them though.

 

JRS Motorsport (small but excellent outfit) look after my Impreza.

100% personal recommendation for service, quality and price.

Great bunch of guys who really know what they are doing.

JRS usually have a number of Group A and N Imprezas in the workshop, together with some Group 4 Escorts and 240Zs.

He did my cambelt, crank seal and fitted some uprated rad hoses on my car, i will always use him and YOU my friend wont be dissapointed, they go out of their way,,,,,

i broke down when my rad pipe split, i got trailered there on AA, he was working on another customers car and got me running whilst on another job, this was in the evening too!!
