Has anyone used these guys before bought some stuff about a week and a half ago and been tryin to contact them but they wont reply to emails or answer the phone..............doesnt sound too good

Dont worry yet mate. There has been a lot of people talking about this guy. Because he runs the buisness on his own delivery times can take longer than normal. Some people have waited up to 2 months for stuff to arrive

That's pretty normal for Flat4 as they don't hold all the items listed on their site but are ordered from their suppliers, so you'll get your bits when they get them from their suppliers. Could take a while though.

i order some acl bearings and got them within a week, supos i was lucky, lots of people have wad to wait a while tho.

Well just done a search on them via scoobynet not read alot of good posts about them other than they do eventually get thier stuff although it is annoying when they dont reply to your emails or answer the phone makes you think you are getting bumped

expect a wait of 2-3months if your lucky!!!! to be honest i got p**sd off waiting but i must addmitt once i got the stuff it was brilliant and fualtless

If he doesn't state the waiting time then he is a poor seller.

Some people will never learn how to run a business properly, this sort of service puts people off buying again.

I've been waiting three weeks for the following:

Apexi AVCR
Kakumei manifold
Kakumei exhaust

I received the manifold last week and have been told the rest of the order will arrive soon, i think i'll give it another week before i claim the money back through my credit card company as this is getting beyond a joke now!

The bloke should just be honest and say these things on his site (not sure if he does as I was warned off long ago). It's a shame that people end up waiting weeks/months

Used them once 3 years ago - had a load of hassle (standard from reading the threads here - poor communications, emails saying it will be here tomorrow / items held up at customs etc)
- would never use them again

I waited a few weeks for a fuel pump.
Eventually arrived, but 2 weeks after they said it had been dispatched.
