Hawkeye ducted foglight covers- how to add brake ducts?

I'm sure someone must have done this?
I've just received a lovely pair of ducted covers for the hawkeye, but want to channel air direct to the brakes. Not sure what to use or how to go about it.

ive got these carbon fibre ducts on my blob. they are avaliable for the hawk aswell.

Thanks for that- I've already got the ducts. Do you have hose on the back to direct the airflow?
