How easy is to facelift a classic impreza?
Hi guys, been away for some while as i sold my impreza, but i'm back and hopefully looking for another. I have seen a nice red impreza on piston heads, who also belive is a member on here. However i had my heart set on a facelift, and this one is a preface. How easy is to convert, and what parts need changing?
Is it just bumpers or do lights bonnets wings etc to be changed as well?
Thanks tom

Two choices.....
Half facelift top section = bonnet, vents, grille and some people do the crystal pack of sidelights and headlights. Remember that pre-facelight classics use the manual adjustment headlights. Also you will need to change the bonnet scoop.
Note, early preface classics have the angled I/C so you need to address the way the scoop/undertray match up
second choice is the full facelift
As above, but you do the bumper (maybe splitter if you like) and need to change the front indicators as well.
No need to change the wings they are the same.
