wr1?

0 To anything depends on how brutal you wish to be with your clutch, however for a fair estimate you can check on this site:

Cheers mate. I got 0 - 60 (Secs) : 4.48, 0 - 100 (Secs) : 11.72, 60 - 100 (Secs) : 7.24, Quarter Mile (Secs) : 13.17

I don't do it at all and I now it pretty pointless. Just curious to see how my car would fair theoretically against a porsche or a bemmer.

Thanks for the calculator though.

Is the reason the 0-100 of a wr1 is about 10.7 because of the gearing?

If anybody's interested you can compare the data here. FastSaloons.com - The Premier Web Site for Fast Saloons and Sedans

The times that these journalists get sometimes are because they abuse the car's more than any "normal" driver will.

They will do endless amounts of launches with specialised drivers until they get a time which suits them. If you gave your car that much abuse you may get a better time than on the performance calculator as that is just a good estimate.
If you come up against a WR1 on the road or at the strip, there may be in fact nothing in it...

Absolutely no chance. 12 seconds at best and it wouldn't be pretty.

Power at Flywheel (BHP) : 250
Weight without Driver (KG) : 1107
Power to Weight Ratio (BHP Per Ton) : 229.46
0 - 60 (Secs) : 4.43
0 - 100 (Secs) : 12.17
60 - 100 (Secs) : 7.74
Quarter Mile (Secs) : 13.18
Terminal Speed (MPH) : 104.07
Drag Strip Quarter Mile (Secs) : 12.78

Do these figures look right for a 1993 WRX Type RA with only mods being a paddle clutch and exhaust system on 16`s ?
