Default Help with rattle

Hay guys so just noticed a rattle this only happens when coming off the accelerator, not there at any other time no nasty sounds when on idle , anyone have any idear of what this could be

I would check heat shields first etc in particular the exhaust manifold and check all tight

Will check 2 morrow also found some info on another forum about the cat on the up pipe could have broke and is vibrating inside

I had a rattle it was the e clip came off on the gate leaver on the turbo the gate flaps in exhaust with gases causing rattle 50pence fix hope that's it

Check the gate lever that's all good headshelds are rusted to hell but sounds seems to be from the rear of the engine bay and hear it more in the cab guessing the cat in the uppipe has gone , also found a crack in the down pipe :/
