Series Mcrae Interior Pic Wanted
#3
That's the Prodrive Interior of the time (like mine - MY95 Prodrive Interior) and in a green car so not a Series Mcrae.
Is this identical to the Mcrae Interior ?
(Just asking out of curiousity )

My Head rests have nasty plastic horizontal strands - is that what you mean ?
Whenever I take people from work out, they seem to have a fascination with strumming them like a guitar. Have to use the loud pedal just to get them sitting back in their seats Worse than kids
So the main difference is a Stiched Prodrive Logo instead of a Recaro Badge.

It still has the scoobynet sticker on that why I'm here. One prodrive sticker on the back. I have just had to put new discs and pads on as the slider was stuck, Leading to massive wear on the disc. Also this caused heaps of brake dust which is currently resisting the magic that is wonderwheels, Any ideas guy's. I might have to send them away to be done. Other than that It still shines like a good un. Bought the magnex center section. Local pub landlord say's he can hear the differance when I pass in the morning. He He Top value.

tonka,
Glad you are enjoying it.
It was fitted with group N Brembo discs and DS3000 pads which are well known for their hard to remove brake dust.
Never tried them but clay bars are available from the Wax Wizard and are reported as the only substance capable of removing DS3000 dust.
Did you get all my paperwork I left with the car, Alarm info, TSL receipts etc? The CD player was brand new as well. Must have been mad to sell it. LOL
Where did you buy it from? I part chopped it at Matlock Ford in Derbyshire for £10k.

Bought it from Well lane. It was up for £12499. Chopped our lasses Nova 1.4sr in for it. I have never heard of these clay bars stuff. Who sells it?
I get down your way now and then servicing for my mate on rallys, Next time I'll come down in it and E-Mail you. You can have a go for old time's sake. But no tantrums when I want the keys back!!!

Tonka,
Only sold it because of my wife's back condition, she needed something more comfortable, I'd just spent £800 on a service and brake upgrade before I sold it, the Magnex exhuast was only a few months old as well. When did you buy it? I sold it around 10 months ago. Drop me an e-mail if you want more info.

edited to ask..
Does it still have the scoobynet, sidc and prodrive stickers on it?

Tonka,
Click on the edit button at the top of this reply (The icon with the pencil).
You will see what I had to type in to get these standard scoobynet smilies.

and more that I've forgot.
To import smilies from other web sites you need to get the url of the smilie and insert it in the middle of [ img ].....[ /img ] without the spaces. Again click on the edit icon of this reply to see how.
Cheers
