lol.
Well tell him to ring people back.
Zen were happy to take my money and they didn't even need to ring me back!
The guy on the phone knew how much the bits were right there and then.

Some boy.
"martin will ring you back"
Martin didn't. That was last week.
so I rang Zen.
I understand they're busy. It's good that they are. But not returning calls is really bad for business. Especially with new customers.
I will be requiring an Ecutek mapping session shortly and then sooner or later, a simtec.
I've got lots of choices for mapping. And then the purchase of the Simtec.
Lets just say that the order of preference has been changed over the past 5 days...

I'm not having a go.
Lots of people have had good experiences with AJ's. Just speak to JD5217. And the OP.
I'm just saying that I appear to have fallen through one of the gaps and it cost them a couple of hundred quid this time and damaged their reputation in my eyes. And as I'm shortly to be spending a bit more than a couple of hundred quid it's a pity for them for the sake of calling someone back.
This is purely my experience. I'm not saying they're a bad company. I've seen the times JD runs up the strip. Nothing wrong there.
One of my suppliers has an awful habit of not returning phone calls so today I have mostly been sourcing the product elsewhere. He's just lost €148,000 a year. Just because he couldn't be arsed to pick up the phone and ring me back.
