in a car park today a lady opened her door, it then hit the passanger front door of my scoob.

i said to her you hit my car, but she said "i dont think it done any damage", She opened her door back up, and it is in the same place as the new dent (i was putting things into my boot when this happened)

the dent is around the same size as a 50P if not abit bigger.

She gave me her name address phone number etc, got car reg.

what would you do.

leave it?
phone up dent deviles and get a quote, and see if she want to pay for it that way?
phone my insurance compainy?

what would say is best?

Get a quote if she refuses to pay the cheapest option you'll have to go through the insurance. Don't let her off there are to many careless idiots out there who dent peoples cars, only last week my dads car was on the end of someones shopping trolley who didn't leave there details. you could be sure that if you weren't there the woman would of pissed off without leaving any details.

If the paint is intact a paintless dent removal person will charge around £50 per panel to carry out an invisile repair. Get a price and agree with her to pay. Bob

looks like ill give a dent place a ring on monday, and get a quote from them, then give her a ring

spoke to the lady today, and she is sending me the money to get the dent removed.
have gone with Dent Devils @£75 inc vat for the door.

I always try and park away from everyone else in a car park, take 2 spaces if I have too!!

Are those dent removers tools any good for £20 i have seen advertised ?

any one had any sucess with one as i have 4 small dents to remove on panels
