Opinions and Pic Request......
Firstly I have a Hawkeye STi in WR Blue, I'm thinking of purchasing the new range of Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2S in white with the blue outer rim, what are peoples opinions on these wheels?
Here is an eBay link to the wheels in question:
18" TEAM DYNAMICS PRO RACE 1.2 S ALLOY WHEELS & TYRES on eBay, also, Wheels with Tyres, Car Wheels, Tyres Trims, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 30-Jun-08 20:47:28 BST)
Also instead of going down the Defi route at the moment I think I am just going to get the genuine STI Boost Gauge Kit, the small Sti gauge with the black face 42mm, I believe it was actually an optional extra from Subaru themselves.
Has anyone got any pics of this gauge fitted to their Scoobies?
Also what are the opinions on how accurate these gauges are, are they a decent piece of kit? Price seems to be around the £170 mark.
Cheers for any opinions or pics!
G

Wheels look well nice mate... from me....
Also, if you're looking to spend that sort of money on a guage, I'd go with a Defi or maybe even check out the Prosport GB....
You could get the guages and a pod and STILL save some pennies.... just a thought

Not a very good pic of the gauge but it does look great and is very accurate. I ordered it from Subaru when I got the car.

If so have you seen them in the flesh?
How close is the match of blue on the rim to the scooby and if not exact would it still look ok?
Thats a decent price, especially when considering the tyres, where was this from?
Cheers.

G,
I posted before looking at them sorry
the ones I was quoted were exactly the same wheels but pure white without the blue edging.
It was mate rates from John Wood tyres hereford, known him 30+yrs, both his son's race, one in a clio and hotrods
Driver escapes from 100mph racing smash (From Hereford Times)
They are extremely lightwieght and are 18" x 8"J's unlike most other ebay wheels are 18" x 7.5"J's rims

So you have gone for the ones that I suggested?
Not the all white Pro Race 1.2 without the blue edging?
There is always one on here that can't resist a copy!! No, I think they will look spot on mate, smething different, thats why I found them and fancied it.
