New WRX slower??!
Saw a new hatchback sti yesterday, and it inspired me to go onto the Subaru website to find out more.
Whilst I was on there I checked out the new WRX too.
Suprised to find that even though it has more bhp than my 06 wrx, it is a lot slower to 60 at 6.5secs, thats CTR speed
So not only does the new wrx look ugly, but you cant even say the performance makes up for it. Why did Subaru do this

Like not making a strong bottom end and using plastic drop links etc. Let alone the new car.

Sometime soon Subaru were to unvail 2 special editions,(CA & TA??) 360 & 400bhp versions but been a bit quiet, for east, east Europe and Austrailers
Many reckon the UK/EU will have a "PPP" choice stage 1 or stage 2. And will be closer to 350 & 380bhp. Personally I think for UK it will be simular to "WR1's" etc and maybe choose either Peter 1 or Finland 1 or UK1 or whatever
IMHO

I'm chomping at the bit for the PPP on the 08 STI - absolutely dont need it but I soo want it
Kinda agree on the WRX though, think it lost a bit of its appeal when they didn't put the bigger arches on it from the STI shell.
