Well i used Scott at flat4online for the purchase of a new intercooler.
When i was chatting with him asking him questions before i purchased he was helpful and communicated.
So i buy an intercooler, walbro pump and some vacuum hose so i can fit the three port solenoid ready for ZEN performance to map it.

As soon as i placed the order, the communication stopped!
the intercooler took a week and a half! i kept messaging him but got no reply, he also doesnt answer the phone, im sure its a blank number!!

Then three days after the pump and vac hose turns up. Im running real close now and what has he sent me??
6mm BLUE hose! the colour i dont give a rats about but the hose is the wrong damn size!!

now he wont answer emails and wont answer phone!!

USLESS!
i wont be using him again!

you sound like a mirror image of me. Exactly same scenario with my purchases. Never answers phone, takes ages to ship stuff. What kind of a way is that to run your damn business????

hmmm this is not like him....I bought a tmic from him....after cutting it to fit etc...i still couldnt make it to fit. And he still took it back...then I ordered a fmic instead came next day. This was 6months ago though.

Tbh I think the bad experiences outweigh the good ones with him....I wouldn't use them, its obvious he doesn't stock anything, just gets the orders and then passes it to the companies to ship, well IMO anyway.
