Screamer pipes.
Does anyone know where these can be bought. I was at Knockhill Hot Hatch day on Saturday and heard an Evo with one. Sound amazing.
I dont like my neighbour much and I'm moving house shortly so I'd really like one but cant find anywhere that sells them.

Anyone that sells external wastegates will sell you one with an external wastegate which you will need to fit along with at the minimum a new up pipe or somthing welded on to yours
It'll cost you about a grand to do, why not just turn the stereo up?

It's a pipe that is fitted to the wastegate and looped into the exhaust system.
When the wastegate opens, the gases vent straight into the atmosphere instead of the dump pipe.
The main reason why people fit them (like fitting a HKS dumpvalve) is for the sound. They make a loud "hissing" noise like a jet engine when the turbo is on full boost.
But apparently they keep the turbo spinning for longer and can reduce turbo lag. But are illegal afaik.
