Default Buyer Beware Dodgy Seller

I am a mod on uklegacy there is a member that posts on here and is a mod on another subaru forum.

A few months ago a uklegacy member was looking for an exhaust, he paid for this exhaust and has never seen it or had emails returned or paypal refund requests taken heed of.

It wasnt a great deal of money but money is money and this shouldnt happen

The seller last sold things on here on 9th may.

Like I said he is a mod and as such should be "a pillar of the community" and not ripping people off.

You know who you are and I suggest you either refund his money or send him his exhaust.

If this is not resolved by the end of the week I will be posting sellers name on here so you all know to avoid him.

Scoobynet doesn't allow naming and shaming. I know who it is and I know the story and I think alot of people would be surprised. This has been going on since January

Dont you just get in touch with this person via personel message if you get no reply then just post the details.
I dont understand why you post this 'I will give you a week to resolve' bit either name an shame or dont even talk about it

That's really naughty what a bloody sod he could have at least contacted you if he was having difficulties, there is no excuse!
I think you have been very very patient....I mean you paid for this in January????
Good luck, I hope you get your money back it's theft!

I think the buyer (and others possibly) have tried many times to contact this person without any response from the look of things.

Perhaps they need something like this to do something they should have done a long time ago....

Scousefly, I'm sure by now someone will have told him, but you can bet If i had included his name in the title, the thread would of been deleted or editted by the censors on here.

STi Lou, It wasnt myself that bought i, but one of the ukleg members, he is not a member on here so I felt something should be said on here as the seller hadnt responded to mails and just vanished from forum

Over £40 too, what a jockey. I agreed to pay £100 for some springs for my Jeep. I could quite easily not paid the chap as he is miles away from me and would cost more to come looking for me.

However, A) I'm not like that B) its worth £100 to still be able to post on forums when your in trouble C) Its just not the done thing.

£40? I ask you
