Default import duty

Does anyone know how I can find out how much the government will rape me for if I import an sti rear spoiler from the states, as they are available for a good price, I am just awaiting the postage details. the link is
https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/p...roducts_id=735

I just am at an unknown quantity with what I will be liable for when I sign for it

Thanks

Import duty is about 5% and VAT is the usual 17.5 %, on goods PLUS shipping costs. Fedex sometimes "estimate" the duty payable, even if the invoice/waybill is clearly attached . They will phne you up and demand this amount, but won't tell you how they calculated it! Get it back afterwards. It might take a while but they will give in .
USPS (not UPS), however , seem to slip through un-noticed- probably something to do with postie not giving an F whether his ultimate employer get their cut or not. (and this is the cheapest postage option- still takes less than a week)
You still save money , even with the import duty.

sounded to good to be true, they cannot ship large items over seas as they state they are not geared up for it, so looks like I am still on the lookout for one,
Thanks anyway, at least I have an idea of who to use for shipping and what to expect to pay here. If anyone knows any other links then please let me know
