Question dr colour chip....is it actually anygood?

Hi folks,

just before I order the road rash kit I was just wondering has anybody acually used it themselves?
Does it work?
Is it safe for your paint work?

cheers

Look in the car care section of the forum, there's a thread about the fantastic results from it.

From what I have seen on SC, Detailing World and on P1WOC, the results depend on the skills of the person using it and their patience. Think how dedicated and methodical you must be to share your pictures of the WIP and results. Then figure out how much of a ****-up your most hamfisted mate could make of it!

I don't think it's going to be a perfect colour match but some colours you notice more than others.

Comparing a road chipped pock marked front end to one that's had say 3-4 applications of DR Colorchip, there's no comparson. It certainly improves the situation markedly.
