I had white Inovit tarmacs on my RA up until recently, a biatch to keep clean. If your prepared to spend hours cleaning them then they will look great but be warned it will pi$$ you off. I sold them because of that and now have Rota GRA's
in gunmetal.

Whtes a no brainer on the looks department but living with white wheels is worse than a marrage.

You gotta be really commited to keeping the sealed and cleaned... literally after every journey.

Been there done that, look great but damn hard work.

Had white Rota ST IV (the advan copies) in white and they looked absolutely stunning. They are hard to keep clean though.

Black

The gold is a bit too gold for me the Pearl Gold used to look better and is more like the PWRC1 Rally Gold, not sure if they still do it. But if all else is a no go white

You could buy the white ones (you know ya wanna) then if you get pi$$ed off with cleaning them all the time, have them powdercoated a colour of your choice.

White all the way.....or black? I have them in black on my car, and I don't have to clean them for weeks!

I had white GRA's in 17" on my TypeRA! They looked the dogs I have to say! She was a wr Blue car!

You could notice the dirt on them after a short time but I still only cleaned them as often as I would any other wheel!

I liked the look of them so much (as it's a real rally look) that I bought a set for my ProDriver Style STi in 18" to!

If you want to Just brush over the wheels when cleaning go for gun metal, but you will have to realy clean gold or white so the choice is yours, but I think you can tell what colour I'd go for!

Would you not wait a while until you could afford 18" as the 17's will look lost on the blob! 18's suit it so much better! If you can I'd go for 8x18's. I had 8x 18" speed lines on my Blob when I had her and they fill the arches much better!

Sorry I didn't go for the 8x 18"'s myself (mine are 7.5x 18") on the bug. You live and learn!
