Default How cheap for a 98 impreza?

1998 SUBARU IMPREZA TURBO 2000 AWD SILVER on eBay, also, Subaru, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 21-May-08 18:46:01 BST)

Not much of a write up about it, seems very cheap though.

Pretty cheap - all I can see wrong with it is Dump Valve, Lexus Lights and 103,000miles. Not sure what the Service History is like?

I sold my UK Turbo 2000 98 model for less than that (£1850!!) earlier in the year for a quick sale. It was in better nick but same mileage, didn't have silly lexus lights or a DV (did have a Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust though) but did have black diamond discs and some uprated springs dropped 20mm and that was it (kept the decat dp) sold it in a week though so I was happy(ish). My Bro's lodger got a frieakin bargain. It's amazing what they're going for nowadays though tbh.

Damn, I thought my 93 wrx that needed a clutch doing that I got for £1400 was cheap. Would of ripped your arm off for that and given you my left bollock

I don't like the ****** lights, don't mind a dump valve though.

I suppose most people were heading to the pub to watch the footy though when that finished.

Oh and I forgot the 17" anthracite Superleggera (sp?) alloys as well, they were nice (well I liked them ) And the P1 front splitter....in fact here it is, I loved it much

Hmmm, maybe I loved it too much, putting all them pics up, lol.

I'm old and I remember when you could sell a 2 year old Impreza for damn near the new price ..... in the days of import quotas and high desirability.

Down the toilet with values these days - but the cars are still as good as they ever were!

They definitely are faultless, Pete. Not a major problem with mine in 5 years, loved it and miss it dearly. I purchased it for a fair bit more than £1850 as well, guess it's just the way it is.

Paid a little under £2800 for my wagon from a dealer, mint inside/out and mechanically, its an auto but otherwise it is completely mint

Keep thinking bout selling it (other projects on go) but can't bare to part with it. Used to have a Honda prelude, again completely mint, low milage.. sold it and about two months later saw it on a low loader written off

Just paid 3k for a 1996 WRX so they can hold value, the 106k that the subaru has done probably put off a lot of people
