1998 SUBARU IMPREZA TURBO 2000 AWD SILVER on eBay, also, Subaru, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 21-May-08 18:46:01 BST)
Not much of a write up about it, seems very cheap though.

Looks okay but suppose even sub £2k nowadays will not guarntee a sale, high petrol, high insurance on a higher mileage, older car with possible rebuilds etc required can make the so called bargain not such a bargain after all !!!

I sold my UK Turbo 2000 98 model for less than that (£1850!!) earlier in the year for a quick sale. It was in better nick but same mileage, didn't have silly lexus lights or a DV (did have a Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust though) but did have black diamond discs and some uprated springs dropped 20mm and that was it (kept the decat dp) sold it in a week though so I was happy(ish). My Bro's lodger got a frieakin bargain. It's amazing what they're going for nowadays though tbh.

I don't like the ****** lights, don't mind a dump valve though.
I suppose most people were heading to the pub to watch the footy though when that finished.

I'm old and I remember when you could sell a 2 year old Impreza for damn near the new price ..... in the days of import quotas and high desirability.
Down the toilet with values these days - but the cars are still as good as they ever were!

They definitely are faultless, Pete. Not a major problem with mine in 5 years, loved it and miss it dearly. I purchased it for a fair bit more than £1850 as well, guess it's just the way it is.

Paid a little under £2800 for my wagon from a dealer, mint inside/out and mechanically, its an auto but otherwise it is completely mint
Keep thinking bout selling it (other projects on go) but can't bare to part with it. Used to have a Honda prelude, again completely mint, low milage.. sold it and about two months later saw it on a low loader written off
