Default Who to buy a scoob from?

Hi All

Luckily im still a member of this forum from years ago when i had a highley modded 93 wrx!
Having gone though the heart break of selling it to get a house, i went to an fto mivec (no comments please ) then got a dog then had to get an estate cause he turned out to be the size of a donkey .
So i have a 1997 BMW 528i Touring (estate) & was thinking that i could trade it to get an sti estate.
Looking for sti wagon around the 4.5k so can near enough to a striaght swap basically.
Have seen one at 'wrc sales, keighley' see here: WRC Sales - Showroom
its the 2nd car down.
Are these trustworthy? i remember from when i owned & was looking there is just so many dodgy subaru sellers, i dont want a banger or to travel along way to find its not what they say it is or that the clutch is slipping....
I know Dave at api & jasemac are trustworthy but they aint got my price tag at the moment.
So if anyone could offer some advice on a garage to trust that would be great - or if your intrested in a nice 528i let me know

thanks all

Tim

well a mate of mine just picked up his WRX classic from Autobmc.com in Herts and he got warranty on it also.

Other than there I'd say scoobybits is another known dealer and they always got loads of scoobys for sale at good prices.

What I meant to say was he picked it up for roughly the same price as getting one from a private seller and thereby also having a piece of mind that if anything goes wrong they would help sort it.

to right on get one from a scoobynetter - but that still leaves me with a 528i sat on the drive for me to shift rather than trade in.

Have to start seeing if anyone is intrested in me bmw then before i get me hopes up on a scoob i like
On the downside, if i cant get enough for my bmw, i will quite happily keep it & have to get an old banger to potter around in :-(

thanks for info people
