Glad he love it Like all Previous UK's PPP really make the Car worth having
But like all new "models" R&D is time consuming need to have a long test Period. IIRC the Bugeye STi came out in Feb 2002 and PPP came out in the Autumm.
Due to the advaned ECU, quad cam VVT and Flyby wire Throttle developement may take longer/may not.
Not being rude but it will only be ready once it's cooked and not before IMHO
From Postitive rumours going around maybe two PPP's
Stage 1 PPP £1.5K 340bhp
Stage 2 PPP £4K 400bhp
From negitive rumours going around maybe either
No exhaust Mods on PPP's
Possibly No PPP at all
Dont you just love the internet

I'd be surprised if Prodrive have no further involvement with the Subaru Impreza so expect something... but come on 400bhp... unlikely. Was a good rumour to move the early cars though I must admit, good marketing. I'd realistically expect anything between 320 and 360bhp. My money would be on 340bhp.

I can't wait. I made the mistake when I had by bugeye WRX of getting the PPP fitted from new which meant I wanted more power 6 months+ later but that was it, I was looking at non-warranty upgrades (which isn't for me) so I was stuck. At least this way round I get to drive it as is for a few months, get used to the current performance and then when Prodrive do release the PPP kit it'll feel like a proper performance upgrade for me and a new car day again when it's fitted. I don't need the extra performance, quick enough for me as it is but it won't stop me getting it fitted.
Personally I don't need 400hp, wil be happy with whatever number they end up with I'm excited about the integration into the SI Drive though, I guess it should mean I can have the PPP performance in Sport # without affecting my granny driving in I mode...
