Default 400 bhp Forrester STi

Just got back from Prosport in Stockport where my Dad has just got his serviced. There was a Grey 400BHP Forrester STi mapped by Richard Bulmer there and the owner took us out for a blast.

What a car! As expected it was an animal, but what surprised me was the way it handled and braked for such a big car. Awesome! It would surprise a lot of people who want to play with it out there, inlcuding me!!!

Cheers to the owner who took us out, gonna get saving for a remap myself now

There was a blue one there a couple of months ago, iv'e seen it there twice. I'm not sure if its Peter's or in for a service.

Anyway... I like em, I might even be tempted in the future

You sure it was a Grey one?

Marky on the Forester Site has a Black one @ over 400 brake.

Ex Impreza owner.

Great bit of kit.

Regards.

Weekend break perhaps?

I'm sure the great man himself will let us know one way or the other.

Defo crystal grey with silver multi-spokes, totally standard to look at but well rapid. Right street sleeper Oh yeah, it had a black spec c style interior and an ecutek monitor in the pod on the dash.

I didn't catch the guys name sorry, great car though well impressed

I wonder why Subaru never brought these to the UK. The Impreza saloon isn't terribly practical and I'm sure a lot of families would have been better off with the Forester. Roll on a 200bhp diesel Forester STI

Looked exactly like yours *smiles*, really nice car you have there, they look great in that colour. The one I was taken out in was a beast, although no Defi's had an ECUTEK monitor thingy-majig
Oh yeah and a couple of baby seats!

Rare cars, I would definatly have one if I could afford!

Wink Year of the Fozza

Cheers Guys

I've just spent all weekend giving it a clean and having a play with it as I am only reunited at weekends at the moment

Just started a new job and working in Paris (well not quite, Nanterre, but Paris sounds better ) so dont get to use it as often as would like now. Will hang onto it as long as possible before it has to go.
