Default I want to live in a Tunnel

I drove through a local bus station tunnel earlier - only about 200 yards or so but decided to floor it as there was no one around.

I've done this before in previous cars with induction kits and it's sounded good.

But I was amazed how loud the Subaru sounded through there. It was great! I now want to live in a tunnel

Is it just me?

I must admit I used to think the burble sounded a bit OTT, used to tell the missus "ill never get one of those big fat jap pipes".....new car....ninja2 backbox which aint the loudest by far...but sounds great with the typhoon cold air induction

Cue the missus rolling her eyes..

I know what you mean by the misses rolling her eyes, I get that a lot too I know she's gonna have something to say about "the noise in the tunnel" when she gets back from town tonight as I had just dropped her off.

Know what you mean... my mate's windows are always down when we go through Blackwall or Rotherhithe tunnels... his missus always complains about the smog though

Multistorey carparks are just as good...

Careful with the Blackwall Tunnel: they are trailing SPECS cameras there now.

Not sure if they are prosecuting those found over the limit yet, presumably that'll only occurr when the trail ends, but they're there!!
