believe water is another term for the coolant set?
got a set for my my99 classic from ebay. a company called autobahn88 make silicone hose and fmic, all sorts of stuff. very reputable. never gonna be the ridiculously good qualirty of samcos (hence the price of their kits) but plenty people got them and they have been fine on the scoob.
