I am looking into twinscroll turbos available on the market and have come to conclusion that for the project I intend to do in the next few months GT30 is the perfect match, however who in UK do GT30 in twinscroll design + what is the difference betwene GT30 and GT30R?

i have a one thats done 4k mate , full twinscrolle maifold and full miltek for same

I think Powersation do a version for the GT30 which mates with twin scroll headers. I think it has a modified up-pipe which mates the twin scroll headers to the single scroll fitment on a GT30 series turbo.

GT30 is standard position.
GT30R is rotated "clocked" position.

Does the R not denote that it uses an external wastegate?

 

This will be something along the lines of what your after ?? I don't know anyone in this country that makes the pipes for them but Full Race in USA do them
