Cat free 'friendly' garages in hertfordshire?

Hi peeps

Ive used the same garage for years but thinking of not going there anymore and was wondering if anybodys knows of any MOT station that will pass a car without any cats?

anyone that gives you an answer to that question on an open forum that has rozzers as members is a total member and should be banned for life!!!
