It's been proven a couple of times,except that it's not washable.I have a K+N myself,don't make a jot of difference tho

Did you not see the posts on here a couple of years ago when they had all different filters & the Cotton ones produced more BHP?

They filter no where near as good as the std paper though so performance vs filtration id stick with the std paper one.

I've got a K&N panel filter on mine (MY00). It was service time and needed it changing so thought, for the money it's a good option and it's washable. Haven't noticed any difference at all over the standard one mind
