Yup still looking for a mota john...
Currently looking @ a 1997 uk model with 97,000 miles,some local history,family owned for 2 of the 4 owners,totally unmolested looking for £2200,I fancy nearer £1800,or more negotiating a service.
In it's favour it's a uk,part history,unmolested example;against it mileage,price,buy it or not

When compared to others the mileage seems high but it is documented,so...

seems rather cheap @ £2200.
97k miles isnt uber high for a 11 year old car, around average to below average if you work on 10-12k miles a year.
prices are around £3-4k for a really good example round 97-98. save some more and buy a good my99-00 one with 4 pots and the updated front bumper and interior dash.
