Default Scott Lowe Mudflaps

Ahoy!

Looking to get myself a new set of mudflaps for my bug, as the current ones are looking a bit worse for wear. Currently I have performance creation flaps, which have been good, but I'd like something a little harder wearing if possible. So I've had a look around and found the following:

Carbon fibre Subaru Impreza (2001-) mudflaps

Scott Lowe stuff is usually pretty good right? Has anybody got any experience with the above flaps? Sounds like they should be pretty hard wearing.. But then again they're also £100 more than the performance creation ones.

If anybody has any other suggestions please do say.

Thanks!

IMHO, they are by far the best. Had mine for over 5 years now and they look as good now as the day they went on.

plus scott has replaced a damaged one FOC before and he is a damm nice fellow..kinda makes the extra money seem easier to swallow

Anyone who pays over £100 for mudflads needs their head examining IMO

Same opinion as Swiss - had mine for over 2 years now and they are still in perfect condition.

Are we talking the carbon fibre ones as above?

5 years sounds pretty good to me, well worth the investment.

No, my mudflaps aren't the carbon ones.

I need a new set of mudflaps as i found there was only 3 on the car the other week.

These carbon ones do look nice. But £160 versus £50 (Performance Creations). 3 times the price hmmmmmmm.....

I've said this a fair few times before on here, but I've had Performance Creations flaps on both my Scoobies and found them to be excellent quality, still looking as good as new after a couple of years. I'm not saying they're better than Scott Lowe ones, but they're a very good product for the price. I don't have a good picture of them on the car, this is the only one I can find:

I've got (well 3 out of 4) Performance Creations on now.

They've been fine. I'm not sure if they've faded or are just covered in crap.
