Clifford Concept 500 G4 UK - anyone got one ???
Has anyone got or fitted a Clifford Concept 500 G4 at all please?
Do you have the warn away feature from a proximity sensor with your alarm, i'm trying to fit one at the moment, but i cant get it to 'warn away' Chirp.
I have had it on a Concept 600 system but i'm not sure if it is possible on a 500.
does anyone know either way, to put me out of my misery.
Thanks
Chris.

Hi Dean, thanks for the offer.
I got the 508d i think it is the one that everyone seems to use £38 i think.
I have tried it wired into several sensor positions but with no joy. I fitted the whole concept 500 into my scooby a few weeks ago and am just putting the finishin touches. The remote start and turbo timer seem ok.
The phone system i added too that txt's you seems to be working ok too, it needs finishing off to control accesories etc.
But this damn proximity sensor doesnt want to work. it was an uphill struggle though as it wasnt a direct plug in so i have been trying to get it to work with all of the sensors.
It works with the trigger wire (blue i think) connected to the motion/tilt sensor orange wire and triggers with a red led but the green simply illuminates but doesnt do anything, not even a chirp.
i'm not sure which way it should be wired, that may affect it.
i just had a look on the cliffnet app. i have the new one for xp systems and i couldnt see a setting in their either.
Any help is greatly appreciated as it's driving me bonkers!!
Cheers

I think thats the directed electronics sensor rather than the Clifford one, the Clifford one uses a signal to let the control unit to warn away and then in turn sends a signal to the siren, the signal wire you have is just for the internal proxy and must send a different signal to warn away it would be very difficult to tell the control unit to warn away, I will ask my mate who will know more but i think the only was is to fit a genuine clifford proxy> Will let you know.
