Is this turbo any good for a built 2.0 ??

Just wondered what you thought im currently un decided on which engine route to take 2.0 or 2.5 and wondered if this turbo would get me to the 450bhp mark?? with supporting mods!!

I certainly wouldn't be buying anything like this off ebay, from Japan, from a low feedback seller.
There's plenty of copies and unbalanced turbos around. Not saying this is, but what happens if it's not right?
