Question APS TSR60

I've recently found info that APS Australia are about to release new twinscroll turbo of a smaller size than TSR70 to allow for earlier spool and ability to easily cope with 500+hp. SO far, I've only managed to find positive feedback on APS products, although in US their exhaust manifolda are known for cracking. What in your opinion would be the best block/header choice to allow for perfect match? I own 06 spec C and options for me are really between 2.2 stroker or 2.5 new block like cosworth or axis. Of course new blocks are very expensive, but might be more reliable in the long run. Would 2.2 stroker cope with enough airflow to allow fast spool or is 2.5 the min? Also, what option would allow increasing the rpm level to something like 9000?
