Turbo problem???

Default Turbo problem???
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!! I've got a 98 UK Turbo and am getting smoke coming from the turbo perhaps once a week. It occurs after a couple of minutes after starting her up and stops after my first trip of the day, only a couple of miles. It kinda smells like something is burning off,..perhaps a build up of oil???? It then wont happen again for a few days. Any ideas???

could be the rocker cover gasket below the turbo

these covers are prone to leaking as above, worth cleaning it up and checking.
