Default help!!!!!!!!!

ive just aquired some 18" alloys with 215 35 18 tyres and they catch on the rear arches.not sure what width they are but the came off a classic.im thinking they maybe 8".not sure on what to do.should i get the arches rolled or get some alloys from say scoobyclinic that are 7.5"wide and use the tyres off the others?advise greatly appreciated

Hi there, I dont think they will be 8" wide. I've got 215 tyres on mine and i'm sure my wheels are just 7". Yours are probably more like 7.5". Is the car sitting lower than standard?

the car is a classic my95 wrx and is standard.ive had a look and it seems to be catching on the lip of the rear arch.

Well as 404BHP stated above you could change to 205's. I know it doesnt help but - why 18's??? I even think about going down to 16" sometimes because of the state of the roads.

when i was looking for a scoob i drove a few with 18s.they didnt catch and i thought they looked well.mine only catch on big bumps in the road.they have been on a week and ive only just noticed as i gave her a little through the twistys.also im am deaf in my left ear and that wont have helped.

maybe wrong offset matey.ill give the clinic a call tomorrow.
