Thieving SCUM stole my car.......
Got back to the station yesterday to find the lower part of my dash parked where my car should have been!
What a palava to report it stolen and now the insurance company want to talk to me for 30 mins on Friday. It'll take just 5 mins to walk through sequence of events and I then EXPECT to be done with them, but they'll obviously be looking for some way out. Car was locked with the alarm on and I'm covered for commuting, so thats that really.
Anyone else's experiences?

My STi was broken into when parked at Headcorn station 18 months ago. They had nicked stereo and sat nave before getting 'disturbed' when picked up on CCTV. I had a letter from plod a few months later saying that the culprits had been nicked and fessed up to 200 break ins at Headcorn and Staplehurst stations in a 3 months period
Needless to say I copped out on the excess for glass and possessions - all in all cost me around £500. I refuse to park at Headcorn or any other train station for that matter anymore - too risky.
Guess this sort of crime probably happens at every commuter station along the line.

Silver 2004 (Blobeye) JDM STI with the slightly raised rear fin. Not like the UK model STI, more like the WRX but with a booster underneath. Reg WAS "S333 JDB" from the previous owner and she has silver OZ Ultraleggerras over (Red) AP Racing 6 pots. She also has the TSL Motorsport 333 package, so red Triple 333 sign on right hand side of rear boot and Grey TSL Motorsport sign on left hand side. Oh, and 3 or 4 biggish stone chips (with touch up paint applied) on right of bonnet as you look at it. Toyo 225/40/18s.
Will try to post up some fotos shortly. Stolen from Bexley station in Kent on Monday between 8am and 6pm.

It was a Toad alarm, but I reckon it would have worked fine until they removed it. Problem was it was a nice foggy day and practically nobody enters the carpark after 9am and the houses opposite prob couldnt see thru the fog. At the end of the day, an alarm is just a deterrent. I'll be making sure ive got a properly tough steering lock on the next car and maybe even a wheel clamp! Right now I just have no enthusiasm to even think about another car.
I'm so peeved - never even got to take her to a track (reason I bought her)!

Plenty of cameras, but not sure how much they will have seen, as it was foggy. Anyway, what r they going to show? Hoody wearing c**nts with burberry caps stealing my car, that's all. No faces in all likelihood.
Mark my words - steering lock and/or wheel clamp!

Clifford with proximity sensors and a snap off steering wheel. that will fend off 99% of thieves. The other 1% are willing to lift your car onto a transporter to get it.
I hope the insurance company comes through for ya.
