Default Type-R's Horror Story

Forgive me if I am resurrecting a legal minefield, but having been away from the site for a bit, I never saw the outcome of Type Rs wrangling with a tuner/garage/dealer about damage to his car. It looks like the thread has been deleted. What came of it? If it is not printable for any reason, please PM me as I would be interested to see how it panned out.

It was resloved. Both parties had their say on here. The thread should still exist as there's no reason for it to have been deleted.

The thread was deleted, Type r was paid the book value, subaru4you- the garage that did the damage, apologised. Basically a lack of communication or willingness to put the matter right. Well thats how I read it.

The forum maybe open, but its not a open subject matter.

The reason why the last thread was deleted was too much opinion got in the way of fact.

Guys, the thread was vaped for a reason, both parties got a chance to have their say; lets leave it at that eh?

What more is to be gained by bringing this back up?

Not much as far as I can see. Locking this one as I think this topic has been covered off now.
