Any one got the Birmingham main telephone number for thier customer care department to enquire why they have not registered the warranty on my car please.
The warranty document has been sent by Prosport(Subaru agent) and my solicitors but a prospective buyer of my car has just pulled out as he tells me Birmingham customer car centre say they have not recieved it!!!, hence no warranty.
Well miffed off especially as part of the money is going to my imminent trip to Russia and Latvia in less than 2 weeks.. and some towards a deposit of my new car shortly.

Try 01217474000 tell its for subaru an what department you want. As for customer service you are spot on always asy its being dealt with but you have to keep pestering an I mean EVERY day
