i taking a risk here and goin to say, this the chirping coming from a rally car
when he leaves off the throttle coming into a corner.
well what ever it is where can i get one and off who? and how much?

while im at it a screamer pipe? and nothin filty about this one....
iv heard it, but i guess it no good for a road car.

An external wastegate will be far from silent, but mostly youll hear the noise caused by the turbo stalling...

If your turbo can take it, remove/block your DV. That will give you the noise.

As GC8 says, it's the turbo blades stalling.

You need to have a turbo that supports it, its more for rotated setups !! They aren't quiet as I have an external wastegate and screamer pipe on my car and when on full chat the car is pretty friggin loud !!

where did you get the screamer pipe? is it ok for MOT's??

scoobyclinic sorted my last MOT out and the screamer pipe was bought from Lateral performance

Depends if it joins back into the exhaust or whether it vents to atmosphere. The latter, no.
