Default clutchless impreza

just got an exedy clutch fitted today and im well pissed,
not the fact that he said he could fit the new turbo aswell, while he was doing the clutch, but couldnt.
(and i said to him if you cant do it or get it done by friday nite,
il get someone else, cos iv a ecu to fit and map sat morn)
so he put back the standard turbo on. and charged me for it.
so i ended up paying twice the normal price to fit the clutch.

but what really pisses me off is, im coming out the road and since i havnt
had a burst of power in a while,
i decide to floor it, up threw 3rd and the pedal stuck to the floor,
what the ****, i pull it back and drive on easy. seems fine.
so i floored it again, same thing. stuck to the floor.

drive easy and it seems fine
drive hard and it sticks

whats wrong with it so i no what to say to him while i got him by the neck?

What do you mean by pedal stuck to the floor, if you mean that its a just a little lower than normal but still operates then the **** has forgot to refit the small spring on the top of the release fork that sits under the throttle housing.
