Oil/Remap Q not (not the norm)
Chaps i normally use Silko/fuchs Pro S 5w-40 in my 05 STI with PPP, I had a small altercation with a roundabout on the weekend resulting in new wheel +alignment et al at Subaru.
The car is due to be mapped by Mr Rawle in a few weeks so i thought as I'm about 4.5k away from a service some nice fresh oil (that i would supply) would be a good idea while its in.....Howver they mistakenly put the standard Magnatec in for which they were very apologetic and didn't charge for
So the question is should i change the oil again for the good stuff or just get the next sevice done 1-1.5k early at say 28.5-29 meaning the magnatec will of only been in for 4k max
I know I'm probably just being an_l, but then theres nothing wrong with that

They won't put something like Silkolene Pro S in unless you supply it. Frankly, even then, I'd want evidence that they'd actually used it!!

think i would want it changed, then a couple of hundred miles on, changed again to make sure its all out. One drain out isnt totally going to get rid of it.
so you will be left with a slight mix of magnatec and silkolene in there
But then im fussy and dont like to mix oils
