Default Chirping type noise when steering at slow speeds

I got a weird type of chirping/sqeaking noise occurring when i turn my wheel.

Anyone know what this could be? My intuition suggests its the power steering belt slipping.

It only happens at slow speeds such as when parking.

If I turn the wheel really slow it doesn't happen.
