i have a 2001 bugeye, can any1 tell me if it has orange bulbs or has it just got a cap over it, want to find out before before i strip it down. thanx in advance.

 

Its a cap over the bulb mate. Do a search for detango on bugeye there will step by step instructions showing how its done.

Basically you will have to remove the headlamps, heat the seal with a heat gun or in a oven, prise open the headlamps carefully then remove the cap. Be careful not to damage the seal around the headlamps tho. You can find a more detailed write up somewhere!

 

forgot to mention you heat the seal around the lamp which holds the front/back of the headlamp together if that makes sense... someone else here will give a better explanation, Im sure.
