After many requests - De-Tango'd the new car :oD
After my previous thread about selling one of the scoobs & buying an E46 323CI Beemer the majority liked it apart from it's tangoness
Well I got straight on the net & ordered the necessary parts to de-tango it
Before:
After:
You may be able to see some slight tangoness still but that's only coz of the orange bulbs. The chrome ones arrive tomorrow
Total Cost - £105.16 (Front lights, rear lights, side lights, chrome bulbs & p&p) Now that's a result....thanks to e-gay

Thanks mate I went for the black surrounded crystal front indicators rather than the standard BMW ones as I think they complement the black car much better They match the rest of the front lights

Just thinking that about the house too. Moved up North judging by your location info. Where you living then, and if you don't mind me asking, how much was the lovely house ?
Only asking coz I live in the South East and you get **** all for your money!

Dazzler,
Move somewhere, anywhere away from the house price crazy south east.
No idea what Matt paid for the house, but I would guess it was nowhere near what you'd pay in the SE.
I happened upond this little URL: http://www.house-for-sale-lincolnshi...uk/index.shtml
All I can say is 275k for a four bedroom two storey detached place with double garage. Think my old place is up around 210k and thats for a 3 bedroom semi in a fairly nice area.
It's nearly as cheap as Canada! 210k over here is aprox 500k Canadain dollars, and for that you can get some seriously nice places. My little lakeside apartment is about 115k which is fantastic given it's location and amenites.
Anyway, enough thread hijacking. The de-tango does add a whole lot more to the car, lovely

That house is a LOT more expensive than ours.....I mean a LOT!!!
But as I told Dazzler in a PM, because of major new developments around where we are (new houses being built, a quayside walk, a new retail park development under way) our house value has rocketed by over £30k in 4 months!!! Now that was just good timing How many people earn £7,500 a month doing nothing LOL

Similar kind of thing going on where I live, new condos and townhouses going in all the time, lakefront restoration, new restaurants popping up, lovely.
as for people earning 7.5k a month, well, I don't like to brag, but I think it's more like 8k a month , and I don't do *that* much lol
