Now that I have got you into this thread:
How many dudes get pi$$ their missus off when they mention something about their scoob.
Mines is getting really naffed off about the benefits of PPP V's no PPP. I almost had it sold when I saw the Scoob Phase 1 thread with the Scoobysport WRC rear spoiler and showed her it.
After saying that the PPP would be the last thing (you've got to tell little white fibs) she now thinks I will go on about the rear spoiler (and she's right).
Me thinks most Mrs Scobbies (other halfs of scooby dudes not scoobyets) don't appreciate scoob tweeks. She loves the car (UK300) but doesn't see why it needs to be tweeked / changed.

My other half is worse...you know she can toast bread by breathing on it....but she mainly complains of the sudden g-force she gets when in the Cossie..oh and the fact it keeps breaking down!

My other half doesn't care She ain't keen on meets where she thinks it can get a bit Max Powery looking at each others motors and the mods.
As far as she is concerned, as long as the bills get paid, I can spend my money on what I like Let's face it, there are much worse things you could spend your money on other than your motor

Me, I'm squeaky clean mate
I'm actually quite restrained on the cash on the car front compared to a lot of people on here....but then I don't earn half as much as a lot of people on here

My misses loves the scoob, she loves spenidng on it 
we budget ourselfs, and if all goes well well have chunk of her salary to blow on it ion 2 or 3 months, could be up to a grand just to get some new rubber and any other bits we want
Then again we do live on bread and gruel for this LOL

I have to say I'm lucky then.
My girlfreind comes to most of the meets with me (talks all the other wives round, well she trys!!) and she offered to buy half my exhaust and spoiler. Not that I saw any money when I did but the thought was there
After all they spend enough on clothes and shoes to buy a new STI every couple of years, what hve they got to complain about
